1. General Terms and Definitions

Key Definitions

• Account: Your registered user account on ppvpi through which you can play games, deposit money, and make withdrawals.
• Balance: The amount of money in your ppvpi account, including deposited money, winnings, and bonuses.
• Bonus: Any promotional offers, free bets, cashback, or various types of incentives provided by ppvpi that are given subject to special conditions.
• Wagering: The requirement for how many times you must wager bonus money to convert it into real money.
• RTP (Return to Player): The theoretical rate of what percentage a game returns to players in the long term.
• Session: The period from your login to logout on the ppvpi platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old or meet whatever the legal gambling age is in your area of residence. ppvpi strictly prohibits gambling by minors, and any minor account detected will be suspended immediately.
2. Geographic Restrictions: ppvpi is only available to players in countries and regions where online gambling is legal and regulated. Opening accounts from prohibited areas or using VPN to circumvent geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and funds forfeiture.
3. One Account Per Person: Each person may only open one ppvpi account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts will be suspended. Multiple accounts detected from the same household, address, IP address, or device may be closed.
4. Providing Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. ppvpi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may suspend or close accounts if false or misleading information is provided.
5. Account Security: It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account.
6. Prohibited Persons: Employees, family members, and close associates of ppvpi are not permitted to open accounts on ppvpi. Similarly, any person who has had their account closed, suspended, or banned in the past may not create a new account.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposit Rules

• Minimum and Maximum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ppvpi is BDT 500 and the maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method. Your account level and VIP status may also affect deposit limits.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are instant and reflected in your ppvpi account within minutes. If there is any delay, please contact our customer support.
• Fees and Charges: ppvpi does not charge any hidden fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, which ppvpi does not control.
• Payment in Your Own Name: All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted and will be returned. This is to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Currency: ppvpi primarily supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in other currencies may be automatically converted and exchange rates may apply.

4. Withdrawal and Payout Policy

3. Processing Time: ppvpi typically approves withdrawals within 12-24 hours if your account is verified. After approval, the money will reach your account within 1-3 business days depending on the payment method.
4. Verification Requirements: For first withdrawals or large amounts, ppvpi may verify your identity, address, and payment method. You may be required to submit national ID card, utility bill, or bank statement.
5. Withdrawal via Same Method: For security purposes, you must withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit. If this is not possible, contact the support team for alternative arrangements.
6. Meeting Bonus Terms: If you have used any bonus, you must complete the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests with incomplete bonus terms may be rejected.
